Phoenixville Healthcare Access Foundation is a small healthcare orginization located in Phoenixville, PA, near Philly. I am always excited to help the community out through my Web Designs, and I was contacted by PHCAF I was delighted to help. PHCAF wanted a simple, clean and attractive Website that would work on any and every browser. They wanted it to represent their orginization in an aestically beautiful way, but usability was much more important.
